  • Hardware Engineer
    Job Responsibilities:
    1. Responsible for hardware design of compressor controller/PTC/charging module/OBC products;
    2. Complete the development, testing, and validation of related products;
    3. Improve and optimize existing products, and assist in handling production anomalies.
    Job requirements:
    1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of relevant product development experience;
    2. Experience in high-power product development;
    3. Understand inverter circuits, switching power supply circuits, electronic components such as IGBT and MOSFER, and magnetic core components;
    4. Rigorous and responsible, strong execution ability, excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to withstand work pressure.
  • Software engineer
    Job Responsibilities:
    1. Accurately understand the specific requirements of users and projects in terms of functionality, performance, reliability, etc., responsible for software requirement analysis and task decomposition of motor controllers/power products;
    2. Responsible for the design and architecture of various software modules, ensuring the reliability, efficiency, scalability, and maintainability of the solutions;
    3. Develop development plans based on project requirements and progress, such as Autosar and MCAL, CAN/diagnostic protocols, etc;
    4. Responsible for integrating different module software or systems, developing integration or system test cases, outputting test cases, and completing verification.
    Job requirements:
    1. Bachelor's degree or above, with over 3 years of experience in embedded software development;
    2. Familiar with product software architecture, experience in motor controller or power supply development is preferred;
    3. Good programming habits and software systems thinking, such as C/C and Python;
    4. Proactive in work, possessing good communication skills and team spirit.
  • Quality Engineer
    Job Responsibilities:
    1. Assist in establishing smooth customer communication channels and timely conveying customer information internally;
    2. Client side issue management, including timely response to customers, processing of returns, customer claims, etc;
    3. Development of new project quality plan and mass production project quality improvement plan;
    4. Review the shipment of samples to ensure that they meet customer requirements.
    Job requirements:
    1. Bachelor's degree or above;
    2. More than 3 years of work experience in DQE/CQE, with experience in the electronics/automotive industry preferred;
    Strong internal and external communication skills and teamwork abilities, with a certain ability to handle pressure.
  • Procurement Engineer
    Job Responsibilities:
    1. Responsible for order management and material delivery follow-up for motor controller/power project production materials;
    2. Strictly follow the procurement plan for procurement, verify the inventory of materials, and ensure that the purchased materials are completed on schedule, with quality and quantity guaranteed;
    3. Cooperate with relevant departments to handle abnormal materials.
    Job requirements:
    1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of relevant work experience, electronic related majors are preferred;
    2. Familiar with electronic materials, including active and passive devices, protective devices, and other materials.
  • Project manager
    Job Responsibilities:
    1. Responsible for liaising with customers and understanding their needs;
    2. Responsible for promoting internal R&D projects, developing development plans, tracking progress, and ensuring mass production and delivery;
    3. Handle abnormal problems encountered during the development process and organize relevant departments to jointly solve them;
    4. Assist in tracking the delivery of mass-produced products and handling customer technical complaints;
    5. Management and work allocation of project members.
    Job requirements:
    1. Bachelor's degree or above, with over 5 years of experience in R&D project management, and holding a PMP certificate;
    2. Familiar with the development process, testing projects, and delivery procedures of electronic products;
    3. Good communication, organization, and coordination skills, strong self drive and stress resistance;
    4. Optimistic and proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Hardware expert
    Job Responsibilities:
    1. Responsible for hardware technology planning, design, and technical implementation of motor controllers/power products;
    2. Resolve key/difficult technical issues in the product development process and provide comprehensive hardware solutions;
    3. Lead the project team to complete technical breakthroughs and empower the team.
    Job requirements:
    1. Bachelor's degree or above, with over 10 years of hardware development experience;
    2. At least 5 years of experience in developing products related to vehicle electronic control, high-power power supply, energy storage, and photovoltaic inverters;
    3. Proficient in power devices, circuit simulation, EMC design, etc;
    4. Good communication skills and a spirit of technical research.
